Forest Byre Downstairs

An archway connects the sitting and dining rooms with solid oak flooring throughout. This room includes an original slate fireplace with cosy log burning stove for the winter evenings, satellite TV and DVD. A large window from the living area  looks out into the courtyard and the window from the dining area has views over the garden and hills beyond. In the dresser there are various board games, jigsaw puzzles and a wealth of information on places to visit.

The dining room and living room are link through a large archway by the stairs making an open plan 'L' shaped living area.

The dining room  has views out over the garden and hills above.   From here the front door door leads out onto the patio and garden and to the side door of the stables for access to the washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and built in electric oven and hob. For full details of equipment and utensils please refer to the inventory. A door leads directly to the table in the dining room and there is a separate door to the living room. There is a washing machine in the adjacent outbuilding.

There is parking directly in front of the cottage in the courtyard.
